Our children always enjoy watching the birds feeding at our school playground feeders. These have been kindly provided by Kerry and she keeps the children up to date with all the different species seen. 🐦 🐦⬛
These include chaffinches, blue tits, great tits, pied wagtails, dunnocks and a cheeky robin!
Kerry decided to encourage the children to feed birds at home so she donated lard and bird seed to Primary 1-4 and helped them to create their own bird feeders. 🐦 🐦⬛
Once the children take their feeders home, we would love to hear which birds they see coming to eat at them.
Thank you to Kerry for encouraging all our young ornithologists!
