The P1-3 children received their ‘Read, Write, Count’ bags today. The bags contain lovely story books for children to share at home. The theme for this year’s Scottish Book Week was ‘Friendship’ and the older children helped develop their friendships with younger pupils by reading with them and helping them develop literacy skills in a kind and nurturing way.
