The children in P5-7 created a piece of art work inspired by the brightly coloured repeating patterns of Andy Warhol, one of PopArt’s most famous artists. They included a symbol to represent peace. The children in both classes talked about how they would bring peace and made some paper doves on which they wrote their ideas. They chose to do some mindfulness colouring while listening to classical music as they said this brought them a sense of peace.
