World Cup Ceilidh

Date

There was some World Cup fever this afternoon as the children and their visitors took part in a special World Cup Ceilidh. Traditional Scottish dances were given a surprise twist as they were set to some modern music and renamed in honour of the Scottish World Cup team. The children demonstrated their dancing skills in the Hampden Hoolie and the Dashing Steve Clarke as well as inviting visitors to joint them in the McGinn/McLean Braw Dance and the World Cup Wheech! Great fun was had by all and we look forward to further World Cup celebrations later in the session.
