The children got together with their buddies to make pancakes today to celebrate Shrove Tuesday (one day late!). They were given a recipe, scales and ingredients and they had to work together to make the pancake batter. Fantastic teamwork skills were on show and it was lovely to see the older pupils ensuring that younger ones had turns to measure and mix too! Once their pancakes were cooked, the children added bananas and strawberries with a wee bit of cream and got down to the important job of tasting them.   OCTF: Nurtured Learners School Value: Teamwork
