The children have been studying the World Sustainable Development goals, in particular Goal 2: No Hunger. Mrs Glendinning, a volunteer at the Kintyre Food Bank, came to talk to the children about the role of this organisation within our community in relation to this goal.

Mrs Glendinning was delighted to receive a fabulous collection of foods and other goods which will now go to the Kintyre Food Bank.

Thank you very much to all the families who donated these items and to Mrs Glendinning for her informative talk and for answering the excellent questions the children posed.
