What a fun packed day the children had! They had lots of activities at their Christmas party, including Pass the Parcel, making Teacake Reindeer, playing Pin the Nose on the Snowman, dancing and meeting Santa who gave each child a present. Lots of excited smiling faces were seen throughout the day. Then we had our Santa Skip (to replace the Santa Dash due to unfavourable weather) with teams of children skipping in relay for 15 minutes. They made a fantastic effort and certainly earned their sponsorship money. Totals raised at this event and at the Christmas Concert will be shared soon. Thank you very much to Valerie MacKay and Susan Graham for giving up their time to come out and organise the Santa Skip. The children were rewarded with hot chocolate and cookies to re-energise them after their efforts.
